The Mercedes-Benz guarantee package
Your protection against unexpected repair costs
With the guarantee package, you are protected against unexpected repair costs for up to ten years, even after the two-year liability for material defects or new vehicle guarantee has expired.
You can activate the guarantee package within the first 24 months after initial registration for the third and fourth year. After this period has expired, you have the option of activating the guarantee package for a further year. The prerequisite is that your vehicle has driven a maximum of 200,000 kilometers.
